Timeless Comfort All Day Long


The historic Gaststube, featuring a traditional tiled stove from 1739, exudes a unique charm and is open continuously from midday to evening.


  • Lunch: The perfect stop for skiers looking to refuel with hearty, regional dishes.
  • Afternoon: An ideal spot to take a break with mulled wine or a cup of hot chocolate.
  • Evening: Indulge in à la carte specialties that bring together the best of Alpine cuisine with modern interpretations.


We use traditional culinary craftsmanship to refine carefully selected ingredients, emphasizing their pure flavors. Local game, meat from regional producers, freshwater fish, seasonal vegetables, and much more from nearby suppliers are complemented by homemade and preserved ingredients. Even our bread is baked in-house, and our snacks feature homemade products.


Friday to Monday evenings, we offer an à la carte menu:

a selection of classic dishes alongside a menu of seasonal recommendations. By advance order, you can enjoy our special duck menu – the "Mondschein Duck." A particular highlight is our fondue evenings, held Tuesday to Thursday.


From February, our wind-protected sun terrace invites you to unwind – a hidden gem in Stuben. Here, you can soak up the sun and enjoy stunning views of the Albona in a serene, wind-protected setting, far from the hustle and bustle.

Enjoy the charming flair of our historic restaurant, which has existed since 1739.

Heated by a traditional wood-burning stove, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lovingly preserved details and authentic furnishings invite you to linger and enjoy.


We use traditional cooking skills to refine selected products and bring out their pure flavors. We supplement local game, meat from local producers, freshwater fish, seasonal vegetables and much more from local producers with things we have collected and preserved ourselves. We prepare the snacks with homemade products and we bake our own bread.


Friday to Monday evenings we offer an à la carte selection: a classic menu and a menu with changing recommendations. If ordered in advance there is a duck menu - the

Moonlight duck. A special highlight are our fondue evenings every Tuesday to Thursday.

For those wishing to indulge in culinary delights all weekend, we’re hosting a special Winemaker Dinner on 15 December. Jonas Seckinger and Wachter-Wiesler Winery will showcase their wines, while Joshua Leise prepares creatively down-to-earth dishes (130 euros, including menu, aperitif, wine, water, and espresso).
