House Rules

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
  4. Only pets are allowed under reservation and in some rooms.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  7. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.

Cancellation Policy



Die Stornoregelung des Fachverbandes der Hotellerie (WKO) lautet wie folgt:   

bis 3 Monate keine Stornogebühr   

bis 1 Monat 40%   

bis 1 Woche 70%   

weniger als 1 Woche 90%   
Treten Sie später zurück, reisen Sie nicht an oder reisen Sie vorzeitig ab, müssen wir den vollen, für den von Ihnen gebuchten Aufenthalt vereinbarten Preis verrechnen.
