Cooking is love. Love for local ingrediants and traditional recipes, for regional and hand-made specialties. The Gourmet Dining Option for our Hotel guests in the Panorama Restaurant on the first floor includes:

  • Breakfast buffet
  • Homemade bread baked daily in our own on-site bread bakery
  • Afternoon snack, served on our wind-protected sun terrace starting in February
  • Four course set menu with choice of select entree as well as appetizers and salads from the buffet with homemade dressings
  • Fondue evening and themed dinner evening once per week
  • Dessert buffet once per week
  • The kitchen chef and his young team serve fresh and simple classics featuring outstanding Austrian and regional specialties
